How Do I Return an Item Purchased On chef assistant website?
We Offer A 7-Day Return Policy for All Products.
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Wrong Product
- Manufacturing Defect
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
- The Product was damaged in shipping
Return Policy is applicable only for 7 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damage / dead on arrival, Manufacturing defect/Expired product & In-correct product. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. The refund amount will be equal to the Paid amount for an item.
We will pick up the product that you wish to return from your doorstep; however, locations where we do not have a reverse pick up facility, we may request you to self-ship the product to us.
Customized orders cannot be returned.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10-45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases;
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them;
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
